Service Description
Professional upholstery steam cleaning for chairs, loveseats, sofas, sectionals, and other compatible upholstered furniture. Cleaning includes pre-treatment as appropriate, agitation, and hot-water extraction. Pricing depends on furniture size, fabric, condition, cushions, and access. Typical starting rates: chair $60, loveseat $125, sofa $175, sectional starting at $225. Stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled at the time of arrival, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Repeated Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
