Service Description
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is our most detailed standard residential cleaning for empty or mostly empty homes. Includes deep cleaning throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, baseboards, doors and frames, switches and outlets, empty closets and shelving, and the inside and outside of empty cabinets and drawers. Inside refrigerator, inside oven, blinds, full window washing, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery steam cleaning, hauling, excessive trash removal, and specialty restoration work are separate unless included in your estimate. Cleaning does not guarantee the return of a security deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled at the time of arrival, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Repeated Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
