Routine home cleaning for a consistently fresh space
Service Description
General Cleaning is designed for routinely maintained homes and recurring service. Includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting accessible surfaces, mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, reachable cobweb removal, and making or straightening beds. If fresh linens are left on top of the bed, our team will replace the used linens and make the bed with the clean linens provided. Detailed baseboards, heavy buildup, inside appliances, inside cabinets, blinds, window washing, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery steam cleaning, wall washing, and specialty work are not included unless selected separately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled at the time of arrival, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Repeated Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
