Service Description
Deep Cleaning includes everything in General Cleaning plus detailed baseboards, doors and door frames, switches and outlets, window sills, reachable light fixtures, edges and corners, and additional attention to normal grease, soap scum, and hard-water buildup. Inside refrigerator, inside oven, inside cabinets or drawers, blinds, full window washing, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery steam cleaning, wall washing, and other specialty services are separate add-ons unless specifically included in your estimate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled at the time of arrival, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Repeated Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
