Service Description
Vacation-rental turnover cleaning designed for Airbnb and short-term-rental properties. Includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, bedrooms and living areas, vacuuming and mopping, trash removal, onsite laundry, linen changes, bed making, towel reset, host-provided supply restocking, staging, condition reporting, and completion photos. Extra laundry, excessive guest mess, pet-hair cleanup, inside appliances, carpet steam cleaning, upholstery steam cleaning, and window cleaning may be additional. Starting pricing varies by property size, beds, bathrooms, laundry volume, and turnover requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 2. No-Show Policy If our team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled at the time of arrival, a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total service cost will be charged. 3. Repeated Cancellations Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be required to prepay for future appointments. 4. Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen! If you have an unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
